Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course

This course provides the 40 required hours of training needed to take your Real Estate exam in Alaska; all 40 hours are in-class hours with a certified Real Estate instructor. We take tests within the class and go over the questions together. The instructor also makes herself available outside of class should you have followup questions. There is a versatile website that you can utilize at home to sharpen your skills before your test. Our instructor has a great track record of helping her students pass their test; most of them pass on their first try! Each class runs two consecutive weekends and is held in the RE/MAX Dynamic Properties building, 3350 Midtown Place, Anchorage AK 99503.

Students must attend ALL classes in order to complete state required hours
